2017年，作为中国大陆首家公开加入U=U（检测不到=不具传染力）全球倡导运动的公益机构，北京无国界爱心公益基金会收到了U=U总部高度的认可与支持。
2017年12月1日，U=U总部发文《The U=U Message Combats Taboo in China》，表示“We are thrilled to announce that Love Without Borders Foundation in Bejing, China joined the U=U campaign to combat HIV stigma and discrimination. ”，欢迎北京无国界爱心公益基金会加入了U=U全球倡导运动，去抗击艾滋污名和歧视. 同时，文章中也援引china.org.cn的文章，介绍了美国CDC对u=u的看法，并称赞当体内持续6个月检测不到病毒载量，对感染者来说是一种“重生（born again）”。http://www.china.org.cn/china/2017-11/30/content_50077922.htm
目前，北京无国界爱心公益基金会正在承担着将U=U讯息在中国广泛宣传，以此抗击艾滋污名与歧视的重任。2018年1月24日，U=U国际总部又再次报道北京无国界爱心在中国推广U=U，并发布了一个综合的U=U资讯网站。“无国界爱心正在使用U=U信息去对抗污名与歧视，这是在中国终结艾滋病的最大障碍。”
